Exciting wines, interesting conversations

Visit the SPAR Borplacc venue where you can also take part in exciting panel discussions. Learn the secrets of Hungarian wineries and find out more about the world of sparkling wines: on Friday and Saturday from 17:30, we will be talking to representatives of domestic wineries who share their experiences on the secrets of sparkling wine-making, drinking habits and the treasures of the Balaton Wine Region. On Friday, experts from the Feind, Figula, Laposa and Gilvesy wineries will exchange their views on the typical varieties and wines of the regions around the “Hungarian sea”. On Saturday, staff members of the Fehérvári, Kreinbacher, Sauska and Törley wineries will analyse trends in the increasingly popular consumption of sparkling wines.

Dates of the panel discussions:

• September 8, Friday, 17:30: Treasures of the Balaton Wine Region – Discussion with representatives from Feind Winery, Figula Winery, Gilvesy Winery, and Laposa Estate.

• September 9, Saturday, 17:30: Champagne and what lies behind it - A Conversation with Winemakers from Fehérvári Wine Estate, Kreinbacher Estate, Sauska Winery, and Törley Sparkling Wine Cellars.
