In 2006 The Terroir Club and Mitiszol? jointly set out to promote wines and sparkling wines from chemical-free vineyards, made with minimal intervention in the cellar, which are increasingly popular. The Terroir Club aims to create a community of people who understand, enjoy, love or cultivate wine.
The Terroir Club personally selects all the lots sold, and the team members first get to know the winemaker, his approach, his land and his technology, which is the basis of trust. The belief shared with the wineries is that nothing is added to or taken away from a good wine, thus expressing the incomparable nature of the land, the soil, the climate. The organic, biodynamic and natural wines marketed by Terroir Club are all made from healthy, pure grapes, cultivated without the use of absorbent chemicals or herbicides, and with minimal intervention in the cellar.
