Since 1991, the company has been a major player in the Hungarian economy for more than three decades, providing jobs for nearly 17 thousand people. It has consistently supported Hungarian producers and family businesses, with over 90% of its food products sourced domestically. For many product groups, it distributes only goods produced in Hungary, thus contributing to the development of the domestic economy.
SPAR's stand offers special wines
The SPAR range, selected by experts, includes wines and sparkling wines that wine lovers will enjoy tasting on weekdays and holidays. Now you too can get a glimpse into this special world and discover premium wines and sparkling wines from Hungarian producers at the SPAR stand at the Budapest Wine Festival, where we offer fruit wines, wine cocktails and non-alcoholic wines in addition to the classic selection. This year we will put even more emphasis on quality, premium wines and sparkling wines, as well as new trends such as fruit wines and wine cocktails. We are also introducing a new non-alcoholic wine.
This summer we launched a national wine test, and we thank you for your responses. This feedback is also shaping the wine selection in our shops, which you can find out about in our wine catalogue, which runs from 5-25 September. By participating in the Budapest Wine Festival, we not only want to impress the wine-loving public, but also give you the opportunity to get to know the world of Hungarian wines better.
